Where does the weather data come from?
Harbor Pointe Weather pulls current conditions, forecasts, and lake data from third-party weather APIs. Data is refreshed automatically when you open the app.
The weather data looks out of date. What should I do?
Pull down to refresh on the main screen. If data still appears stale, check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact us.
Why doesn't the app ask for my location?
Harbor Pointe Weather is purpose-built for a single location — the Harbor Pointe lakefront. No location permission is needed because the data source is fixed.
The app crashes or won't open. How do I fix it?
Try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, delete and reinstall from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue continues, email us with your device model and OS version so we can investigate.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
