What Data We Access
Harbor Pointe Weather displays publicly available weather and lake condition data. The app requests the following from your device:
- Internet access — to retrieve current weather data, forecasts, and lake conditions from third-party weather services.
The app does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or any other device feature.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store:
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Any other personal or sensitive information
Third-Party Services
Weather and lake condition data is retrieved from third-party weather APIs. These services may log server-side request metadata (such as IP addresses) according to their own privacy policies. Harbor Pointe Weather does not control or have access to those logs.
Children's Privacy
This app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected, the app is safe for all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
